Corin Choppin
Managing Consultant & Strategist
Corin does it all. He worked his way from the ground up and has skillfully navigated every area of political campaigning which gives him a depth in this field that few consultants possess.
Corin started his training as a survey phone room floor supervisor and then combined that knowledge with his statistical training in research methodology and data mining techniques. But it is his experience on the ground as a grassroots organizer and campaign manager that gives him the ability to efficiently translate data derived from a poll into information useful for winning a campaign.
In order to run a campaign, you need to fund it. Corin has been holding events in the Sacramento region for over twenty years. Whether a fundraiser to raise money for a worthy cause or a community forum to get vital input, Corin has the expertise and follow-through to make every effort successful. He will target your resources so that your campaign reaches its goals.
In off-election years, Corin serves as an Associate Facilitator for the CSUS Consensus and Collaboration Program and as an instructor for UC Davis and UCLA schools of Professional and Continuing Education, where he teaches classes in Ethics and Human Resources.

Known for her infectious energy and community engagement, Sheila's a lifelong youth mentor. Also known as a distinguished sexual consent educator, she donates her time providing classes and training on enthusiastic consent and sex-positive connections.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Bryan DeBlonk is the founder of Capitol Campaigns, Inc. and Capitol Events. Bryan has directed a talented team of fundraisers, pollsters, graphic artists, and campaign managers through over 120 campaigns, spanning elective offices, initiatives, and propositions. Bryan brings 25 years of expertise in campaign consulting, governmental consulting, media relations, government advocacy, event management, polling, direct marketing, and political data analysis.
Bryan is back after a hiatus to build a government affairs team for the California School Boards Association (CSBA), serving both as legislative director and then as political director. Bryan is credited with designing and implementing an aggressive new public affairs team from scratch. After he oversaw a significant expansion of CSBA’s political footprint, power, and member engagement, he is back to ensure every community has quality representation.
